Purse Cakelet from my Cupcake Envy Class at the Austin Cake Show

A purse cakelet.  How fun!  I went to the Austin Cake Show this past weekend and it was AMAZING!  Wow, there is so much talent in this city.  I have so much to learn!!  Here is the cakelet I made.  It's not made of real cake but styrofoam, and covered in fondant.

This is Amy Eilert, the owner of Cupcake Envy.  She is showing us how to "build" a cakelet purse.

She made a pattern to cut the purse.
